Glass Wu, is Co-founder and CEO of Japan Hana, and brings with her over a decade of real estate experience, from sales & marketing, to deal sourcing and asset management. A regular speaker at real estate conferences and events, her passion for business, real estate and Japan is second to none.
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Jason Lam is Co-founder and Managing Director of Japan Hana and brings with him 15 years of real estate investment experience and 20 years in global banking and markets working with some of the world’s largest property investors, funds and financial institutions.
Japan Country Director
Takano is a veteran of the real estate industry in Japan with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, leasing and asset management in all areas of Japan. He brings with him a wealth of real estate knowledge with an expertise in deal structuring and sourcing.
Ken Masuyama, Yodoyabashi & Yamagami LPC
Ken Masuyama is an attorney-at-law (Bengoshi) whose practicing areas are corporate and commercial law and cross-border investment law in Japan. Based on his study and working experience in Hong Kong for about 3 years, he has been advising many Chinese and overseas clients on M&A, real property transaction, setting up business and IP rights protection in Japan.
