Japan Hana’s CEO and Founder, Ms Glass Wu, was a speaker at the inaugural International Hospitality Investment Forum, IHIF Asia 2024, held at the Regent Hotel in Hong Kong.
Joined by panelists Abhijay Sandilya, Managing Director at IHG Hotel & Resorts, Hirohisa Fujimoto, VP of Development at Hilton, Jia Wu, VP of Development at Club Med, and Kusumine Enami from Managing Partner at AB Capital, Ms Glass Wu led the vibrant panel discussion on Japan, entitled Capitalising on Challenges: What is Attracting International Investment into Japan.
Topics discussed included the opportunities driving foreign investment into Japan, what are the challenges for investing and operating hospitality assets in Japan and how those challenges are overcome.
